  1. First boil the potatoes then peel it in pan put oil and mustard seeds,Curry leaves, green chillies onions salt, haldi and boil peas mix nicely then add peel mashed potatoes along corinder leaves
  2. Mix all the ingredients and cool it then other bowl take besan add salt and red chilli pow add water and make a thick batter
  3. Now make balls of potato mixture and dip in besan batter and dip in oil and fry it vada is ready
  4. Serve it with pav and green chilli
