  1. Get 300 gm paneer
  2. Take 2 tbsp cashewnut
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  20. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  22. Make ready 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
  23. Make ready 1 pinch ajinomoto
  24. Get 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  25. Get 2 tbsp tomato catchup
  26. Take 1 tsp white pepper powder
  27. Take 1/2 cup water
  28. Take 1 tbsp cornstarch
  29. Get 1/2 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make PaneerNarmada:
  1. Take a grinder jar put cashew nut,mellon seeds,pumpkin seeds,green coriander leaves & sesame seeds to make a powder.
  2. Add salt, 2tbsp curd,& chilli flake mix well. Cut the paneer pieces in triangular shape
  3. Stuff the cashew mixture. Cover another
  4. Cover another paneer piaces. Make a slurry of maida, cornstarch & salt & water. dip the paneer piaces.
  5. Heat a pan add oil.Deep fry the paneer piaces.
  6. The fried paneer is ready
  7. All ingredients.
  8. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add chop garlic,red chilli,&10 cashewnut saute for 1mins.
  9. Add green chilli, & onion saute for 1 min.
  10. Add tricolour capsicum & cook 3-4mints.
  11. Add salt &1tbsp gingergarlic paste cook nicely.
  12. Add tomato,spring onion chop,ajinomoto, 3 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ke tchup,1 tbsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp white pepper powder mix well.Add a pinch of red food colour.
  13. Add littke water &Vinegar,cooked 1 mints.
  14. Make a slurry of 1tsp cornstarch & water & pour on the gravy.
  15. When ever the texture is right add the fried paneer, mix well.
  16. Take off the gas.
  17. Garnish with green spring onion, serve hot.
  18. Paneer Narmada is ready.
