The ingredients needed to make PaneerNarmada:
- Get 300 gm paneer
- Take 2 tbsp cashewnut
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tomato chopped
- Make ready 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
- Make ready 1 pinch ajinomoto
- Get 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Get 2 tbsp tomato catchup
- Take 1 tsp white pepper powder
- Take 1/2 cup water
- Take 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Get 1/2 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make PaneerNarmada:
- Take a grinder jar put cashew nut,mellon seeds,pumpkin seeds,green coriander leaves & sesame seeds to make a powder.
- Add salt, 2tbsp curd,& chilli flake mix well. Cut the paneer pieces in triangular shape
- Stuff the cashew mixture. Cover another
- Cover another paneer piaces. Make a slurry of maida, cornstarch & salt & water. dip the paneer piaces.
- Heat a pan add oil.Deep fry the paneer piaces.
- The fried paneer is ready
- All ingredients.
- Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add chop garlic,red chilli,&10 cashewnut saute for 1mins.
- Add green chilli, & onion saute for 1 min.
- Add tricolour capsicum & cook 3-4mints.
- Add salt &1tbsp gingergarlic paste cook nicely.
- Add tomato,spring onion chop,ajinomoto, 3 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ke tchup,1 tbsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp white pepper powder mix well.Add a pinch of red food colour.
- Add littke water &Vinegar,cooked 1 mints.
- Make a slurry of 1tsp cornstarch & water & pour on the gravy.
- When ever the texture is right add the fried paneer, mix well.
- Take off the gas.
- Garnish with green spring onion, serve hot.
- Paneer Narmada is ready.
