- Now add the other masala paste(poppy seeds and melon seeds) and saute well adding salt and sugar.
- As the masala starts releasing oil add the curd beaten well with little water. Add fish mix well with soft hand and cover keeping the heat low for 10 mimutes.
- Now remove the cover flip the fish,add slitted green chillies and cover again for 5 minutes.
- As water dries up add kewra essence and serve it with steaming hot rice,garnished with onion rings tomato slices and green chillies.
