Steps to make Aam ka galka:
  1. First of all peel mangoes and cut them in slices.remove seeds
  2. Then take a pan. Add desi ghee.add black pepper seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds. Saute them
  3. Then add sliced mangoes saute them for few mnts.
  4. Then add chopped jaggery or sugar. Mix it well. Cover it.
  5. Stir it after few mnts and cook it for some time. Stir continously
  6. After few mnts add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, black salt,black pepper and mix it well.
  7. After few mnts add pumpkin seeds, musk melon seeds.
  8. Cook it untill mangoes turns softened and thickened.
  9. Add chopped dry fruits if you wish
  10. Cool down and store in a jar and placed in refrigerator.
  11. Enjoy it with Parantha and sandwiches
