- Wrap tightly in 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with foil. Bring ribs, still covered in foil to room temperature. Place on foil lined baking sheet and cover them with another sheet of foil. Ross 3 hors. Remove from oven. Cool in foil and refrigerate in foil until Ready to serve

- Either grill over direct heat until well glazed or broil in the oven under direct heat until glazed It just takes about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve with extra barbeque sauce on the side.
